You mean forward and backwards page buttons?

Apple + ] is forward in firefox
1. In the Logitech control center find the button you want to program
2. At the bottom you will see a little box (empty or with a keystroke in it).
3. Click the box
4. Then press the selected keystroke you want.. like '[' for BACK
5. Then make sure the little command icon (the one that's on the apple key on your keyboard) is 'grayed' out. If it isn't, click on it.
6. Repeat for the opposite button.
After you close out LCC your buttons will be configured for the keystroke Apple+[ and Apple+] respectively.
This will utilize the forward and back commands in firefox, and in any other program where that keystroke is the same.
