From what I've read it seems like I shouldn't need to download a driver, but my mac and new plotter just are not getting along.If you know of any good resources, or can point out something I've missed, any help would be much appreciated!Thanks,Amanda. I got the plug-in installed, but I'm not sure what the icons for the plug-in are, and I can find no documentation for how to use the plug-in.Two: I tried sending a design to the cutter, just to see if I could do it (or that's what I thought I was doing anyway) but there's no response from the cutter. Hey, complete newbie to this: just got a little Roland SV-8 to start a small business customizing shirts and am having issues getting it set up.I'm working with a Mac (OS 10.5., and Illustrator CS3 with the Cutstudio plug-in.One: I'm fairly familiar with Illustrator.

Hi, just wondered if you can help please. Installed updated version of pigments opens fine in logic but if open it in Komplete Kontrol it opens in demo mode, any ideas. Thanks Paul.
